Modern Good was “starry eyed” to have it’s cover design of “We Shall Overcome” on the Orion Test Flight of December 5th, 2014.
Several artistic works commissioned by Lockheed Martin were aboard, including a recording of “We Shall Overcome” arranged by NASA’s honoree Nolan Williams. Mr Nolan Williams contacted Modern Good a few weeks prior to the test flight with this unique design request. We were of course honored but got to work immediately since it was due the following day!! NASA waits for no-one.
